The foundation of the installation is documents created by the EU Commission in 2005 to track terrorists. These documents describe how to differentiate a 'regular' Muslim from a 'terror Muslim.' Mellika Melouani Melani based the project on interviews and texts portraying young Muslims as an international threat.

“I attended a meeting in Rinkeby where participants shared how international task forces had come to people’s homes in full riot gear, taking everything from computers to underwear,” she says. What struck her in their stories was the absence of the Sweden she knows.
